Every booking is registered instantly and you'll receive email confirmation.
Punctuality
We hold your slot for 5 minutes. After that, it may be reassigned.
Cancellations
Cancel or move your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before, from your account or by contacting us.
Loyalty
Each completed appointment earns 1 stamp. Ten stamps equal a free visit.
Coupons
One coupon per visit, non-cumulative unless expressly stated. Show your wallet QR or code at reception.
