That name, that design from fifteen years ago, that tattoo done in a rush… You're not condemned to live with it: the cover up exists precisely for this.

What a cover up is

It's a new tattoo designed specifically to integrate and conceal the old one. It's not "painting over it": it's a design exercise where the lines, shadows and blacks of the old tattoo are worked into the new piece until they disappear.

What can be covered

Almost anything, with the right design: the darker and denser the original, the larger or darker the new piece will need to be. Old, faded tattoos are the most grateful ones. In heavily saturated cases, one or two prior laser sessions open up a world of possibilities.
